We do not collect your medical information

Myosin is the sponsor of investigational therapies and does not provide medical care, enroll patients, or collect or store patients' personal health or medical information through this Site. If you are interested in a clinical trial, any medical screening, eligibility determination, enrollment, and related health information is handled directly by the participating clinical study sites (for example, Mayo Clinic) under their own privacy practices and applicable laws. Please review the privacy notices of those institutions for information about how they handle your health data.

Please do not include medical or health details in our contact form. If a message you send us contains such details anyway, we use it only to reply to you and direct you to the appropriate study site, and it is deleted with other messages as described below.

Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including tools provided by third parties such as Google (for example, Google Analytics), to measure website traffic and understand which pages are useful. These tools may set cookies and collect information such as your device identifiers and browsing activity on our Site. Contact-form messages are stored in our website's database and sent to our company email. Our website hosting, email and analytics providers may be located outside your state, province or country, including in the United States and Canada. We choose providers that protect personal information adequately.

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may withdraw your consent to analytics at any time with “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page.
